UK CUSTOMERS

To be eligible for a return and refund the following conditions must be met:

• Customer must email us at info@herbyhanna.com to request a return.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging 
• Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  
  

To start a return

1. Contact us at info@herbyhanna.com within the return period.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will respond with return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
4. Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable method.

Once your return is received and approved, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

We cannot accept the return of items that were not purchased directly from our website.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info@herbyhanna.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We are happy to facilitate a different size or style, subject to availability.

All exchanges must be authorised by our customer care team via email before any items are returned. Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the return address via email.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To request an international return, please email us at info@herbyhanna.com within 1-2 days of receiving your order. This ensures there is enough time for your return to be processed and received within the 14-day return window.

We’ll provide you with the necessary steps to return your item.
We’re currently working on a return service to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible – please contact us to check if this service is available in your region.

A return fee will apply, which includes a restocking fee:

• Europe – £15
• USA & Canada – £20

Import fees are the customer’s responsibility-not ours. We do not cover import-related costs under any circumstances.

We’re always working to provide a more seamless and cost-effective return option for our international customers. Any updates will be shared on our social media channels, so be sure to keep an eye out.

REFUNDS

We accept returns for refund under the following conditions:

• A £3.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount of order.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items
